Tutorial 5: Know more about the “Payment Centre”

Payment Center! What an exciting center! Currently we support Coupon,  PayPal, WebMoney and Bank transfers.  Let’s know more about it !

From the following image, you can see the all commission and the Available Balance. About  the definition of All Commission and Available Balance, we can clear from the formula.

 All Commission = All your commission – the commission you have withdrawn

Available Balance = commission on that sale 30 days after their order payment (order validation period is 30 days) – the commission you have withdrawn

Note: The Available Balance is the money you can transfer from your account. All of your commission will be there,won’t be canceled from your account if you didn’t withdraw.

When you click the “ Transfer Commission Balance”, you can see the page as following, and you can write down your withdrawal amount, transaction password and choose your payment methods.

From this page, you can withdraw to Coupon from $60, Paypal/Webmoney from your account when the balance exceed $100 , but in these ways, you need to charge the processing fee per withdrawal. If you choose to withdraw to Bank from your account when the balance exceed $1000, we will charge the processing fee per withdrawal, but for incomplete payments due to incorrect bank information provided by yourself or miss any information your bank ask to provide, you are personally responsible for any processing and associated bank fees.


Our gearbest stuff will send an email to confirm your transaction information and payment currency if you choose to transfer via bank with a new account information! And you must to confirm all your account information is correct, so that you can receive the payment normally!

Note:If you choose to transfer via Coupon , you should clear that: the coupon code setting is just for every feature product, and the minimum price of coupon price is $0.01, not zero. And you can send your requirements to when you apply for transaction via Coupon. Gift Card has been cancelled yet.

And you should notice that, the payment account you need to set on your “Payment Information” which I have introduced on the front article Tutorial 2:Know about the Account Center in Gearbest Associate Dashboard!

Finally, you can check your transaction information at the end of this page. With the drop-down tool, you can filter the income or expenditure that you want to focus on, and choose commission which are Application accepted, Approved, Transferred, Unapproved, Transfer Failed or Commission has been transferred. When you’re ready, click the “Search” button to obtain a list of detailed information and you can Export the invoice too!

Notes: we review the payment application in the morning of every Monday, and transfer on every Thursday/Friday, please know! And as our payment regular, it will delay the payment at the end of month, please know and try not to withdraw at that period.

    já ultrapassei os $100,00 há semanas inclusive já estou com um valor maior e ainda não encontra-se disponível para pagamento, minha pegunta é: temos que esperar 30 dias em relação a cada pagamento feito dos produtos indicados para só assim entrar no processo de pagamento informado acima? Se sim; a informação deveria está “explicita” no regulamento, Apenas “Sugestão”, Abraço e Aguardo Resposta…

      Hi, sir, our program has 30 Days Order Validation Period, that means the commission you earned will become available commission if the orders didn’t be canceled in 30 days.

    For bank transfer what should i write? What information is required? Can you help me? Is it “Bank Account” IBAN code??? Or not?

      yes, please write your IBAN to Bank account if you have IBAN.

    Gostaria de resgatar o valor que tenho na conta, em forma de cupom, o cupom precisa ser de $60 ou pode ser todo dinheiro que tenho disponível? Posso usar em qualquer produto na loja? E qual porcentagem desse cupom pode ser usado em determinado produto?
