Payment Center|Withdraw Money & View Your Transaction History 

We want to pay you money.

And we are pretty sure that you’d like to be paid for all of your hard work.

That’s why we build Payment center.

It provides a place for our associates to withdraw money and view your transaction history. There are three sections in this tab.

Withdrawals

From this page, you’ll see three panels of information are provided.

In the left-hand panel, you can see your balance and a yellow button which says “Transfer Commission Balance”.

1). All Balance: All your commission + Bonus – The commission you have withdrawn.

2). Available Balance: (All your commission + Bonus) – (The commission you have withdrawn + Order Validation Period ).

3). Transfer Commission Balance Button: Click to complete your withdrawal details and get your money.

 Understanding our payment

Payments are made after a 45-day Order Validation Period or 60 days in Brazil. You can expect for there to be up to a 45-day delay in receiving payment, to leave room for any customer refunds, as well as approving the payments.

 Here’s an example: If you earned a commission on April 26, that payment would be approved and paid on June 2 (created 45-day delay).

In the right-hand panel, you will see that we have 4 payment methods open to associates and each has a threshold to meet.

1). Paypal: starting from $100 (charging fee required)

2). Webmoney: starting from $100 (charging fee required)

3). Bank Transfer: starting from $100 (charging fee required)

4). Coupon: starting from $60 ( no charging fee)

 Notes:

1). For incomplete payments due to incorrect information provided by yourself or miss any information your bank ask to provide, you are personally responsible for any processing and associated bank fees.

2). The Gearbest stuff will send an email to confirm your transaction information and payment currency if you choose to transfer via bank with a new account. Your account information must be confirmed to receive the payment normally.

3). To apply for Coupon Transfer, please send an email to gap.fd@gearbest.com .

In the bottom, there are some common FAQs and short answers are provided. If these answers can’t help you, feel free to contact us.

Account Balance

In this section, you’re able to view your transaction details by selecting Year/Month/Day.

We also admit other optional information depending on your needs.

With the drop-down tool, you can filter the transaction type and payment type on a date range that you want to focus on.

1). Transaction Type: Your Total Commission/ Total Bonus/ Withdrawal/ Refund of Failed Money Withdrawal.

2). Payment Type: It can be your income or payout.

When you’re ready, click the “Search” button to obtain a list of detailed information, including the transaction status which can be Application accepted, Approved, Transferred, Unapproved, Transfer Failed or Commission has been transferred.

By clicking on “Export” you can also export the invoice too!

Payment Information

You’ll want to add a payment account to enable every money transfer.

It’s just a matter of clicking on the left-hand yellow button which says “Add a New Account”.

Enter your account details and create a password.

Success! You should see your new account in the list.

 Notes: we review the payment application in the morning of every Monday, and transfer on every Thursday/Friday, please know! And as our payment regular, it will delay the payment at the end of the month, please know and try not to withdraw at that period.

  1. Gostaria de resgatar o valor que tenho na conta, em forma de cupom, o cupom precisa ser de $60 ou pode ser todo dinheiro que tenho disponível? Posso usar em qualquer produto na loja? E qual porcentagem desse cupom pode ser usado em determinado produto?

  3. já ultrapassei os $100,00 há semanas inclusive já estou com um valor maior e ainda não encontra-se disponível para pagamento, minha pegunta é: temos que esperar 30 dias em relação a cada pagamento feito dos produtos indicados para só assim entrar no processo de pagamento informado acima? Se sim; a informação deveria está “explicita” no regulamento, Apenas “Sugestão”, Abraço e Aguardo Resposta…

    1. Hi, sir, our program has 30 Days Order Validation Period, that means the commission you earned will become available commission if the orders didn’t be canceled in 30 days.
